Donations may be made on line, by mail or by phone – whatever works best for you. You can
be sure that your donation will be put to good use by Myeloma Australia for the benefit of the
myeloma community.

All donations of $2 and above are fully tax deductible.

Customer Service Policy

The Myeloma Foundation of Australia Inc. T/A Myeloma Australia is a not for profit organisation that derives its income primarily from sponsorships, donations, grants and bequests sourced from the Australian community. The Foundation also creates and delivers public events, for example luncheons and concerts etc. Some income is also earned from the sale of publications and merchandise. In all of its dealings and relationships, Myeloma Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service, quality events and quality products. We always endeavour to make sure that all products and services listed on our website are accurately presented and that all products displayed are in stock and their pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund.

Refund policy

Myeloma Australia always seeks to accurately describe its goods and services to enable our customers to choose with confidence and to receive what they expect. We generally do not offer refunds. We ask that our customers are mindful of this policy and choose carefully. Refunds will not be available for example if you change your mind or make a wrong buying decision. In the event that goods or services delivered have been wrongly described or are different to what was ordered or are damaged then Myeloma Australia will offer to replace those goods with a suitable alternative. In the event that a satisfactory agreement cannot be reached then a full refund will be made upon return of the goods to Myeloma Australia. Exchanges and refunds will only be possible within thirty days of the original order. Where a refund is agreed this will be paid within seven working days of a written agreement by Myeloma Australia to do so.

Myeloma Australia is an ethical organisation that takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of customer and financial data. When purchasing from or donating to Myeloma Australia your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take many years to break.
