  COVID restrictions\, places are limited and RSVP is essential. You will b
 e required to provide contact details via an attendance register for conta
 ct tracing purposes on arrival.\nPlease DO NOT attend if you are unwell\, 
 have a temperature\, cough or sore throat. There will be hand sanitiser av
 ailable and in keeping with government guidelines the 2 square meters per 
 person social distancing rules will apply.\n\nFor Online attendance:\nThis
  group will be conducted through Zoom video conferencing technology. This 
 will allow us to continue delivering ongoing support and education to the 
 myeloma community. Zoom can be accessed through a computer\, iPad or smart
 phone with an internet connection.\n\nPlease familiarise yourself with our
  Information and Support Group Agreement which outlines the expectations
  of group members to ensure it is a safe and supportive space\n\nIf dialli
 ng in using an iPad\, iPhone or smart phone you will first need to downloa
