DESCRIPTION:This Information and Support Group meeting will be run as a fac
 e-to-face event.\n\nPlease note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is a 
 requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend this meeting
 . Proof of vaccination and contact tracing check-in will be required of al
 l participants on arrival at the venue. There will be hand sanitiser avail
 able and in keeping with government guidelines\, social distancing rules w
