Myeloma Australia is delighted to invite you to our Walk and Talk group for people living with myeloma, their family and friends.  This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other members of the myeloma community do some light exercise and maybe a coffee afterwards. The distance is roughly 3.8KM and there are plenty of opportunities for rest stops along the way. Jenny Nichol from University of Queensland Department of Human Movement and Nutrition is kindly volunteering to lead the group and we have partnered with Heart Foundation Walking to provide this opportunity. We just need all walkers to register with Heart Foundation Walking, using the link below and RSVP to me. Hope to see you there.
