If you’re passionate about being part of the fight against myeloma, consider hosting your own fundraising event to support Myeloma Australia.

Every week, 38 Australians are diagnosed with myeloma. Myeloma Australia is Australia’s only dedicated myeloma charity. We have a vision to reach each of the 18,000 Australians who are living with myeloma, and their loved ones. We can support, inform, empower and bring hope to the myeloma community. But we can’t do this alone.

As a not-for-profit charity organisation that does not receive government funding, we rely on the passion, generosity and drive of our community.

If you or someone you know has been touched by myeloma, and/or if you are passionate about being a part of the fight against myeloma, you might consider running a community fundraising event or campaign. This is a great way to channel your passion and to mobilise the support of your family, friends, and networks towards your cause.

There are endless ways to fundraise for Myeloma Australia. From joining one of our ‘Team Myeloma’ walking and running teams at events held around the country, to taking part in a personal challenge. From setting up an online fundraising page, to hosting a movie night, grabbing some friends to play a lawn bowls, organising a trivia night, a bike ride, a bake sale or even, for the truly adventurous, hosting a MyeTrim event (if you’re not sure what a MyeTrim event is, please reach out and we’ll explain!).

We will support, advise, and cheer you on each step of the way as you conceptualise, promote and deliver on your fundraising endeavour of any shape or size. Every dollar raised brings us closer towards our vision of a world without myeloma.

We use the online fundraising platform JustGiving. You can set up your own fundraising page for your event/campaign by clicking here: https://www.justgiving.com/myelomaaustralia.

Our Community Engagement and Fundraising Manager is here to support you to realise your fundraising dreams and ideas. Please reach out to him for a chat about the possibilities:
