The Rotary Outreach Myeloma Program is a major multi-club Rotary initiative, championed by the Rotary Club of Camberwell which is piloting in Victoria. The program’s vision is for a near future in which no patient, their carers or family members will live more than one hour from a myeloma support group or local support services. The initial program engages Rotary Clubs in regional Victoria to help establish, enable and support Myeloma Australia information and support groups in selected regional areas, working creatively to address the service imbalance between metropolitan and regional Victoria. We look forward to working with Rotary clubs nationally on this program in the future.
