This Information and Support Group meeting will be run as a face-to-face and online event.

To attend in person:
Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it is a requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend this meeting. Proof of vaccination and contact tracing check-in will be required of all participants on arrival at the venue. There will be hand sanitiser available and in keeping with government guidelines, social distancing rules will apply.

Please do not attend if you are unwell, have a temperature, cough or sore throat.

This group will also be conducted through Zoom video conferencing technology which can be accessed through a computer, iPad or smartphone with an internet connection.  If dialing in using an iPad, iPhone or smartphone you will first need to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app via the App Store or Google Play store.  If you don’t have access to a computer, iPad or smartphone you can still access this meeting by using your telephone.
